Plunge Deeper

Join us on 27th June for an exciting collaboration between Plunge Run Club and Plunge Recovery! We’ll kick things off with a 5k group run starting and finishing at Plunge Recovery. After the run, enjoy giveaways from Revl Brighton, LSKD, Alimentary Coffee, Run DNA, Drivn Nutrition & more, plus delicious coffee by Alimentary and tasty food options. We will have a live DJ right at the Plunge Recovery finish line. Then, relax and recharge with exclusive access to Plunge Recovery’s facilities with your choice from the infrared sauna, barrel sauna, plunge pools or compression equipment. We’re pumped to bring you this event and can’t wait to see you all there!
